Elk City’s new Walmart opened on October 27. Who would have thought it would be a place you’d reconnect with your neighbors. On a couple of trips to pick up a few odds and ends I’ve run into people I haven’t seen in some time including a few of my actual neighbors. Walmart, a social experience with low prices.
